 MATRIX does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child 13 or under to divulge personal information. 
We collect general data that is not personally identifiable information, such as demographic data. This information is collected through other methods, such as registration forms, clickstream tracking, automatic logging files, and so on. The information is collected voluntarily.  To receive our products and services, some types of information is mandatory.  Other information we may request is optional.

Part II.  Information Usage. 
The information collected by MATRIX will be used to better serve our clients.  Users who provide information may receive products, services, email announcements or updates.  Registered users will receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

The information we collect will be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history.  We may supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources, such as credit history to authorize purchases. We may share data with the following third parties:  including shipping companies, credit card companies, and so on.  These third parties will use the information as it pertains to each individual ecommerce transaction. Our Web site is linked to social media forums.  Please be advised that information posted in these venues becomes public knowledge.

MATRIX maintains the accuracy of our information by quarterly calling and review.  Users may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find by emailing support@matrixshafts.com

If problems arise, users may contact MATRIX at 1-800-275-3401.  We are committed to resolving disputes within 1 week of receipt.
